Owner reports

The rules

• Reports are published after a light check for spam and personal data.
• Verified owner means you sent proof of ownership. Reports without proof are labelled Unverified.
• Negative reports are never hidden. We remove only spam, abuse and personal details.
• We don't publish reports from people who work for a mower brand or retailer.
• We show an average rating only once a model has 5 or more reports.
• We don't pay or reward reports. If we ever do, we'll say so on every report.
